Villa il Pesco is a rustic house built by Count Lorenzo Sardi in 1735.
It comprises two independent apartments so arranged that they can be subdivided or rented as a single unit.
The farm house stands on an estate of 20.5 hectares with vineyards, olive groves and woodland, and enjoys an expansive view of Lucca and the surrounding plain.
The house has been truly restored to its former self. In building style, colours and materials of the furnishings and decor, it has been recreated as once it was.
The garden is spacious, and there are grassy lawns extending to the vineyard and the woods.
Guests can buy the estate's own products. The oil and wine are organically certified and it is possible to arrange tastings.
