A beautiful farm house and romantic cottage built around 1850 and nestled in the Tuscan mountains with uninterrupted panoramic views. The property is within comfortable reach of Pisa, Florence and Siena.
This tastefully renovated villa provides luxury accommodation for up to 12 guests. The main villa has six individually styles bedrooms (four of which have air-conditioning) and luxury bathrooms.
All the rooms are decorated in a Tuscan style with terracotta floors and large exposed beams. The furniture has been chosen for maximum comfort with many traditional pieces combined with top of the range luxury beds.
There are two entertainment systems in the comfortable living rooms and the well equipped kitchen opens onto the shaded patio.
There is also a charming self-contained cottage with accommodation for two additional people.
The villa is set in gardens of cypress trees, roses, lavender, jasmine, rosemary, sage and wisteria leading to its own olive grove.
Among the 100 acres of woodlands there is a private lake and many miles of footpaths and quiet picnic sites.
The property has both landscaped gardens and children's play area.
A gorgeous well equipped swimming pool with changing room, bathroom and storage area allows for complete relaxation and enjoyment in the sun. The poolside kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for a large group.
Underneath the pergola is a superb setting for either a romantic meal or an enjoyable gathering for the whole family.
